How to get there

Useful information to get to Rennes:

By train: a TGV (high-speed train) connects Paris directly to Rennes in approximately an hour and a half. Departure from Montparnasse (Paris) to Gare centrale (Rennes), close to shops, hotels, and means of transportation.

By plane: Rennes has an airport 10 minutes drive away from the city center. It’s available by bus (see information below).

From the city and the SNCF train station:

Subway Line A: Villejean - Université stop. Walk along the campus and down Gaston Berger avenue.

Bus : Line C: Berger stop.

From the Rennes Bretagne airport:

Bus 57 will allow you to get to the city center of Rennes (République stop) in 20 minutes, which will then allow you to take the subway (see information above).

The closest stop to the airport is located at the crossroad of Joseph Le Brix avenue (same avenue as the airport) and Jules Vallès avenue, 300 meters away from the terminal.

Buses circulate all week, on weekends and on holidays and bank holidays.
